Child Safety Standards
URPulse, operated by UR APPS INC., prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone using URPulse and to content shared on the platform. A child is anyone under 18.

What is prohibited
Do not create, upload, share, request, promote or link to CSAM or otherwise facilitate CSAE. This includes sexual exploitation of children, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, and sexualized depictions of children, including synthetic or AI-generated material. Attempts to recruit others or direct users elsewhere for these purposes are also prohibited.
Report a child safety concern
- Report a post in URPulse: open the post, choose the report option and select “Sexual or inappropriate content” when applicable. Reports are submitted for review.
- Send more context in the app: go to Profile → Settings → Help & support, choose Support and use the subject “Child safety concern”.
- Contact us without logging in: email support@urpulse.ca with the subject “Child safety concern”.
Include the URPulse content link or ID, account name and a brief, non-explicit description so we can locate the concern. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM. Never send passwords or verification codes.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. URPulse support is not an emergency service.
Review, removal and account enforcement
Reports enter our reporting or support workflow for review by authorized staff. Moderators can restrict or remove content, and administrators can suspend or ban accounts. When we identify prohibited child exploitation content, we remove it or restrict access and take appropriate account enforcement action. We may request additional non-explicit context to investigate a report.
URPulse does not promise that every item is reviewed before publication or that reports receive an immediate response. Our reporting tools do not automatically notify law enforcement.
Escalation and legally required reporting
Child safety concerns requiring further action are escalated to the designated child safety contact. Where legally required, URPulse reports relevant concerns to the appropriate authorities and cooperates with lawful requests. Any preservation or disclosure of relevant records must follow applicable law and our privacy practices. This escalation is handled by staff.
